People who make extraordinary contributions during the year are rewarded in an extraordinary way and on a real-time basis. Outstanding individual and team efforts are normally recognized with cash awards or valuable gifts.

Employee Referral Program
We believe that good people know good people, so we encourage employees to formally refer candidates to us. When one of these candidates is hired, the referring employee becomes eligible to earn a cash reward.

Service Awards
Because ANS values loyalty and commitment, we publicly recognize our employees and reward them with valuable gifts for achieving certain service milestones.
